The Zengrova Villa contains thirteen flats of various sizes with a basement that has parking, storage cellars and the technical facilities of the house. The house is a reasonable response to the increased population density in residential quarters such as Hanspaulka with respect to using the existing services and preserving the character of the district. Despite its ordinary and unassuming character the house should provide luxurious accommodation to a high standard.

About the Project

A description of the entire structure where this luxury apartment is located in the words of developer P.H.A.

The Zengrova Villa is a solution in line with today’s high aesthetic and functional requirements and at the same time in a way that complements the surrounding villa development. With regard for the parameters of the plot it is conceived as a regular three-storey prism with one receding floor fully utilising the roof terrace. In each floor with the exception of the top one there are 4 flats laid out as one to three-bedroom flats with combined kitchen and dining room. All the flats are well lit with large format French windows with sliding wings and have balconies or green terraces. There is underground parking for residents in the basement where there is also storage space for the flats and all the technical support facilities for the house. Facing bricks are used on the facade and all the other elements are ideally combined and worked with attention to detail.
